This will be the third exchange of the property since the late 1800s. This unique property was part of the historic Peachey Placer Mine. You'll find it off the back roads of town, convenient yet secluded with country feel including the rush of water from a running stream. The planners ran Finnegan Lane right through the property. One half has a year round stream and the other half is level then slopes up. The road is a permanent encroachment. There is a 100 ft well dug already -- a conditional use permit would be required for its use. (Owner says water gushed when pump was in place.) The shed/building right off the street belongs to the city. Play, fish, even pan for gold! Video attached.
