As a life long resident and 5th generation of the Sierra Foothills, I have been involved with this community for a long time and absolutely love where I live.  My wife Tracy and I raised our family here and completely plan on spoiling our grandchildren in this special place.

I have been a Realtor since 2002 and opened NextHome Utica Properties in 2015 with my business partner Tammy Dillashaw.  As new business owners, it was our vision to create a fresh brokerage with an emphasis on local market knowledge and the latest technology and tools.  We realized that while we exist in a small niche market our buyers and sellers are "Silicon Valley Savvy" and expect the latest and greatest.

After securing our NextHome affiliation, we moved on to setting up shop in the most awesome "Brick and Mortar" spot we could find.  Enter 1239 S Main Street, Angels Camp, CA, or the original Bank of Italy Building, established in 1890.  Complete with the original steel door bank vault and 18 inch thick stone walls, we fell in love.  Being mindful to honor the past, we remodeled the space with a modern vibrant feeling that our clients rave about.  Internet websites and virtual tours are necessary but nothing replaces the face to face interaction a cool office provides.  If you are in town, drop by and say hello.
